- Perform restoration activities per work order and estimator instructions
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean and operable equipment
- Practice courtesy and safety when driving company vehicles
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
- Establish and maintain a safe work environment - for customers and team members
- Document job readings and activities using company forms and systems
- Communicate professionally with clients, employees, adjusters, trade partners, and the general public
- Assist other team members with the completion of tasks
- Available when called for on-call assignments
- Contribute to a positive atmosphere and the accomplishment of team objectives
- Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
- Exhibit at least some sense of humor! We perform difficult, uncomfortable, and dirty services that require some ability to laugh (some jobs more than others).
- Customer service mindset
- Possess or be willing/able to achieve IICRC certifications (WRT required, ASD, FSRT, AMRT desired)
- Experience performing cleaning/restoration jobs
- Interest / ability to learn new methods, grow skills, and contribute to efforts to improve our processes
- Exhibit pride in own work efforts and overall performance of team
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record (i.e., low points); insurable under Company insurance policy
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
